Peaks & Valleys

In the past year I have re-discovered my love for Bargello but I wanted to take it a step further than the traditional. In order to create a “flowing” pattern, students will learn how to manipulate the design to form a freeform type Bargello pattern. We use #3 Perle Cotton in this piece as it is thicker and the coverage is better. The piece is further brought to life by the addition of Metallic Ribbon. The piece is surrounded by a layered border. This is traditional Bargello with a twist.
